About me
Somehow both young and an old man at the same time… powered by caffeine, design, and maybe too much Star Wars. I take pride in my work… like a lot… probably more than is healthy. Every place I’ve worked, I’ve thrown myself into it completely. If there’s something I don’t know, cool… I’ll figure it out… usually quicker than anyone expects. I like learning how everything fits together, so I tend to dive into whatever part of the company needs a brain and a pair of hands… and yes, I’ll probably enjoy it.

Or at least making it look cooler than the present. My mission is pretty simple… take the technical stuff, pour some passion on it, add a bit of devotion, and make something you actually want to show people. I appreciate every client and every project… even the ones that nearly broke my brain. Good design is kind of my thing, and I like taking your ideas and leveling them up until they look like they belong in the big leagues…

Social Media
From posts to digital artwork to brand awareness… even community management if you need someone who won’t set your comment section on fire… I’ve done it.
Print Media
Big stuff… tiny stuff… billboards… price tags… the whole zoo. If it can be printed, I’ve probably designed it at some point.
Website & Online Presence
Clean… eye-catching… actually usable… I like building interfaces that don’t make customers cry. It’s all about the experience… and I try to make it a good one.

Office Administration
Introduced by my mother, Karin McTavish who was employed at Eclipse, gained experience in General Office Duties, including but not limited to, Filing, answering the phone and copying documentation.
August 2014 - July 2015
Rail Link Communication
Junior Graphic designer
Designed and laid out two in-house magazine publications (Railways Africa). Managed the company’s website. Sent out the HTML Emailers to subscribers on a weekly basis (NewsXpress), Ability to design corporate identities (Logos, Business cards, Letterheads, Corporate Brochures), Assisted in developing training videos for Transnet Africa, recording on site, editing and overview thereof.

Started at the company as a junior Graphic designer, which lead to multiple promotions, Went on course at Travelport to study further to become a travel consultant, I managed both these jobs simultaneously.

Worked on multiple clients simultaneously Created Billboards, Street Pole Adverts, Brand C.I, Flyers, Leaflets, In-store catalogues, Newspaper wraps & half pages. Created artwork for one of West Pack Lifestyle's biggest Campaigns (Win A Car) in 2023. Worked on & managed websites for multiple clients, Managed a team of 4 employees, Running meetings, & one-on-one grievances.

Masav SA Group
Senior Graphic designer
Masav SA manages multiple companies; Ares Protection, Atlantis Corporate Travel, Nyama & Chips, Syvest Properties, & TJE Attorneys. As the Group Graphic Designer, I oversaw and manage all corporate identity for each company. Creation of presentation tenders, and photoshoots for Atlantis Corporate Travel. Video franchising ad campaigns for Nyama & Chips. Vehicle wraps and branding for Ares Protection as well as Nyama & Chips.
